About Tiffany Sunde, Psy.D.

Tiffany Sunde, Psy.D., is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other Mindfulness-based therapies providing treatment to individuals, couples and families. She maintains a private practice in Los Angeles, California and currently offers Telehealth video sessions and in-person therapy sessions.

Dr. Sunde has over 20 years experience as a licensed clinician and is a graduate of Alliant International University. She has extensive experience working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are helping teach emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness skills, and other behavioral strategies to assist with reducing various reported symptoms, particularly anxiety and depression.

Dr. Sunde is a collaborative therapist whose therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
